The ideal candidate should possess a background in human factors, psychology, or engineering, and have familiarity with user interface design and usability testing

Job Summary

  • The Human Factors/Display Specialist is responsible for assuring the usability of operations products (displays and procedures) designed by International Space Station (ISS) users to service payload science investigations.
  • Candidate will perform software UI requirements applicability assessments and respond to ISS User requests for support during program design reviews and as required throughout the product development phase.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human factors, psychology, engineering, science or a related field
  • 0-2 years of related job experience

  • Usability testing and evaluation
