Job Summary

  • Define, control, and continuously improve the Configuration Management (CM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes within the corporate IT.
  • Ensure the integrity of all Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets throughout their complete lifecycle and establish and monitor control mechanisms.
  • Analyze KPIs such as CMDB Health Scores and data quality, deriving improvement measures and supporting tool enhancements in collaboration with platform and architecture teams.
