  • Assist in recruiting by screening resumes, conducting initial phone calls, and coordinating interviews, as well as supporting the onboarding of new colleagues and preparing relevant documents.
  • Actively participate in HR projects such as employee satisfaction, policies, or training, and conduct research on HR trends while supporting the creation of training materials.
