  • The role ensures smooth hiring processes, positive onboarding and employee experience, and coordination of people engagement initiatives that promote positive employee relations and a conducive work environment.
  • The HR Officer is responsible for maintaining recruitment trackers, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding checklists, planning employee engagement activities, and preparing reports on hiring progress and engagement.
