Job Summary

  • Analyse and proper handling of customer complaint, return products and corrective action verification and tracking of customer Engineering change to ensure the ECN is implement
  • To lead and provide support to customer audit and participate in new projects: PPAP submission to understand meet customer quality requirements
  • Access and manage all customer web quality reporting and co-ordinate with internal team on new updated documents
