Job Summary

  • Support the Operational Resilience program team by performing data analysis, data clean-up, and data collection to support KPIs and KRIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboard reporting of pre-established KPIs and KRIs, and research/document business issues involving workflow procedures.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to present findings, gather feedback, and align analytics efforts with business goals.
