** Four Seasons Hotels Ltd is seeking a Private Residence Supervisor for their Whistler location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, overseeing guest interactions, and coordinating various services, while being part of a team dedicated to luxury hospitality. **

Job Summary

  • This position is broad and encompasses the entire resident experience from making initial reservations while staying in line with the rental property agreement, welcoming owners back to the location, making arrangements for day trips, transportation, and restaurant reservations etc.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect Front Desk Supervisor to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
