The incumbent is expected to assemble component parts as per print and visually or dimensionally inspect them for conformance.

Salary
Base: $20 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and overtime pay available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays plus PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1 year Integer related work experience
2-4 years light assembly experience
Ability to read detailed instructions
Follow written procedures and MPIs
Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in regulated industries
Medical device assembly background
IPC soldering certification preferred
Blueprint reading capability
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
1 year Integer related work experience OR 2-4 years light assembly experience
