• The Manager of Workforce Strategy will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our workforce by developing and implementing strategies that align our talent with the organization’s overall business objectives.
• You will focus on driving alignment for how the organization evolves—specifically regarding the on-shore / off-shore / near-shore mix and the shape/levels of the organization—to maximize investment and returns.
