Job Summary

  • Manage all aspects of BGL’s retirement plan and benefits program, including annual enrollment, new enrollments, QLE’s, EDI transfer troubleshooting, audit and maintenance of data and monthly benefit invoices.
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation for new hires and act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and payroll providing clear and prompt assistance.
  • This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building strong foundations, improving processes and growing their scope over time.
