• You’ll join Customer Channels and Data within Business Bank, working in the Customer Relationship Management Crew to develop an AI-powered platform transforming customer relationship management into a hybrid-agentic model.
• As a Service Design Manager, you will define future-state experiences by connecting strategic intent with user needs and lead the end-to-end service design process including problem framing, prototyping, and testing.
