  • Manage a team(s) performing day to day query management for Global clients, working closely with Global Corporate Actions Custody and Middle Office.
  • Execute Corporate Actions Instructions, reconciliation and posting of client entitlements for Global markets, ensuring efficient and professional handling of all client inquiries.
  • Act as an expert of Client Service team providing support and control over complex and time-critical corporate action events and transactions.
