Must-have

  • 7-10 years complex technical construction experience
  • 5+ years Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical environment
  • GMP facility capital project management $1M-$25M+
  • Cleanroom build-outs ISO 5-8 standards
  • Validated HVAC and high-purity water systems
  • V-Model validation IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
  • FDA 21 CFR Part 211 regulatory knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • ISPE membership or LEED AP certification
  • Brownfield renovation experience without production interruption
  • Digital Plant initiatives and IoT sensor familiarity
  • Lean Construction methodology application
  • Executive presence for C-suite stakeholder presentation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • PMP certification required
