Administer and supervise Construction/Building Contract(s) and Consultancy Service Agreements, ensuring all project parties meet their contractual obligations.
Manage and resolve claims and disputes in a timely manner, including providing contractual and technical assessments for Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

Key Requirements
5-7 years of contract administration experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, or similar)
Experience with various commercial models (GMP, lump sum, remeasurement)
