Job Summary

  • This role serves as the primary contractual point of contact, ensuring compliance with agreements while protecting client interests and maximizing value realization across diverse commercial frameworks.
  • Administer and supervise Construction/Building Contract(s) and Consultancy Service Agreements, ensuring all project parties meet their contractual obligations.
  • Manage and resolve claims and disputes in a timely manner, including providing contractual and technical assessments for Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years of contract administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, or similar)
  • Experience with various commercial models (GMP, lump sum, remeasurement)
