Define and execute the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for Boeing Global Services Salesforce CRM platforms, providing technical leadership and automation strategy.
Lead automation-first testing initiatives using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and embed automated tests within Copado CI/CD pipelines to ensure release readiness.
Partner with Product Managers, dev Leads, Salesforce Developers, Architects, Release Management, and DevOps teams to embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery environments
