We facilitate software development by owning and managing vendor hosted applications such as Gitlab, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, Mend, SonarQube and TeamCity.
The selected candidate will be required to work from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST to ensure substantial overlap with EU business hours and facilitate timely communication with U.S. teams.

Must-have
Experience with AWS deployment using Terraform or CloudFormation
Developing CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab, GitHub, TeamCity, Azure DevOps
Troubleshooting using Linux operating systems
Working flexible shift hours aligned with EU business hours
Managing support tickets in ServiceNow
Using Splunk Observability and PagerDuty alerts

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in cloud computing and applied solutions
