Job Summary
The FNS Team member performs a variety of duties including accurate and attractive tray assembly, tray delivery to patients, operation of the dish machine, sanitation of work area, dishes, and equipment, preparation of food items for patient room service and cafeteria, cafeteria sales and operation of cash registers.
Part-time relief employees must be able to perform in at least four areas, so they are flexible to meet the needs of the department.
Employees are to utilize and implement the safety measures and policies taken to eliminate ergonomic stresses in each area.
