Must-have
HV and EHV substation design experience
FEED or Detailed design of AIS & GIS substations
Preparation of primary deliverables and drawings
Design calculations for equipment sizing and earthing
Support during construction, testing and commissioning
Nice-to-have
Experience as Commissioning engineer
HVDC design experience
OHL design experience
HV Cable design experience
Membership in IET and Chartered Engineer accreditation
Key Requirements
7 to 15 years of relevant experience in HV and EHV Substation design
Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering
Member of IET and working towards Chartered Engineer accreditation
Experience of working UK National Grid / SSEN substation projects
