15+ years diverse construction roles
8+ years construction management experience
Industrial project management end-to-end
Design-build and EPC project expertise
Budget and financial oversight leadership
Comprehensive safety program implementation
Nice-to-have
Food, beverage, or life science sector experience
Process systems and P&ID reading proficiency
Technologically savvy with PM software
Willingness to obtain contractor qualifier license
Strong grasp of prime contract requirements
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain licensure
Construction project management certification (preferred)
