  • The Manager, Employee Relations will lead the above-property Internal Review process and resolution of complex and/or high-risk employee complaints with fairness and confidentiality.
  • This role will serve as a trusted advisor to Area Directors P&C on employee relations trends and potential risk mitigation strategies.
