Job Summary

  • As a Commis de Rang you will prepare the dining venues and equipment, food pass and service area of your assigned station in the restaurant, ensuring Guests are consistently provided with courteous, engaging, prompt and efficient service.
  • You will be communicating Guest orders to the Chef de Rang, serving food items and beverages, taking care of any special requests, anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction, and offering suggestions, assisting with restaurant inventory, taking care of the breakdown, cleaning and setting-up of tables and work stations.
