You will guide and develop a high-performing clinical team within our Rhythm Solutions division, supporting the Watchman™ Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) device.
Your responsibilities will include assessing clinical training needs, providing coaching, resolving scheduling conflicts, and overseeing regional coverage.
You will collaborate closely with Regional Managers to ensure clinical alignment with broader sales strategy and foster strong communication across teams.

Salary
Base: $120,000; Bonus/Equity: Variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan; Benefits: Core and optional benefits offered at BSC

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7 years of clinical cardiology, medical device sales, or related industry
Clinical certification and Watchman/Access Solutions understanding
Proven success supporting implant procedures
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
