Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS/MS/PhD in HCI or UX Design
1+ year professional digital product design experience
Advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
Ability to critique UI layouts and user flows
Nice-to-have
Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools
Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or Notion
Knowledge of Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar

Key Requirements
