Job Summary

• Responsible for selling parts to customers over-the-counter and providing necessary parts to the service department and body shop.
• Assists customers in selecting and purchasing parts, places special orders, and orders out-of-stock parts.
• Maintains CSI at or above dealership standards and answers the telephone promptly and consistently with dealership guidelines.
