Act as a senior HR Business Manager, providing comprehensive operational, strategic, and administrative support for the Investment Banking team, supporting the delivery of the central HR agenda.
Coordinate complex HR and people initiatives, support cyclical delivery of HR projects, horizon scanning, diversity and inclusion agendas, and manage competing priorities across multiple senior stakeholders.
