Job Summary

  • Lead the day-to-day management of facilities systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building services, making sure they remain reliable and fit for purpose.
  • Shape and drive our preventative maintenance strategy, using data and performance insights to reduce downtime and improve long-term asset reliability.
  • This role also offers the opportunity to get involved in exciting CAPEX and improvement projects - from developing business cases through to delivery and commissioning.
