Job Summary
This role will perform in-house analytical testing, support QC/QA operations, handle order fulfillment, and help build and improve laboratory systems as the company scales.
The Lab Technician will apply quality principles such as data integrity, documentation, and reporting while working closely with Manufacturing and R&D teams.
Aralez Bio’s salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 per year, based on your performance and experience.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Perform routine sample analysis using HPLC
Manage order fulfillment (aliquoting, shipping)
Generate Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Write, review, and maintain protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Complete and maintain accurate Quality Assurance documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience with mass spectrometry bioanalytical methods
Experience with protein analytical assays
Experience using FPLC and/or LC-MS
Prior experience with order fulfillment of chemicals
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
Minimum of one year of hands-on HPLC experience
Proven abilities to work diligently with documentation
Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting analytical instrumentation
Previous experience working within a Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001)
