Advise Employee Relations and HR on sensitive employment matters such as discipline, terminations, and investigations to proactively minimize litigation and reputational risk.
Oversee employment litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies, including managing outside counsel and budgets.
