Auburn Oaks Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Assistant DSD to support the Director of Staff Development (DSD) in organizing employee orientation, maintaining records, and coordinating in-service education programs. Job Summary

  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations, including philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control, and facility policies.
  • Maintain current records of orientation and in-service attendance for each employee, and assist in coordinating the safety program and scheduling health examinations.
  • Be courteous, considerate, and cooperative when communicating with all facility personnel, residents, and the public, while promoting good public relations.
