The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring residents are comfortable, safe, and their personal care needs are met.
