Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Workplace Experiences & Operations Sub-regional Lead in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to oversee facilities management and client relations for HSBC. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in integrated facilities management, with strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in English
Job Summary
This role will be the single point of contact for HSBC in the sub-region, dedicated to ensuring a high level of client interface and develop client relations with their satisfaction on their facilities.
You will be accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the capital and expense budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations and maintenance.
Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.
