Base: $25.38 - $37.23; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 10 days holidays plus PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure systems expertise
Solid mechanical and basic electrical knowledge
Troubleshooting complex production equipment
Nice-to-have
Experience with CMMS and building automation systems
Ability to train associates on equipment
Self-motivated team player
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with outside contractors
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent education
Associates degree preferred
7 years of commercial/industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
U.S. work authorization required (implied by US Applicant section)
