Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of executive events, hospitality programs, trade shows, and Workday conferences across North America.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success to align events to our GTM priorities and target accounts.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and venues with precision—balancing premium experiences with disciplined ROI.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $127,200 USD - $190,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $107,400 USD - $190,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
