You will command, lead, and manage 18 highly motivated soldiers in the delivery of personnel administration.
Your training will be affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) with opportunities for HR Management degrees.
Starting salary is £34,676 rising to £41,456 upon completion of basic trade training, plus 38 days' annual leave.
