Job Summary
The Specialty Care Team Nurse – Dermatology/Allergy assumes responsibility for triage, assessment, care-coordination, follow up and transitional care, clinical evaluation and clinical decision making for the assigned population and unit.
As a core member of the care delivery team, the Clinical Nurse partners with the team to facilitate the coordination of patient care at the unit level utilizing the principles of patient/family centered care.
The position requires the ability to interface with key clinical partners, ability to make difficult decisions and facilitate resolution.
