You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing staff assignments to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
The role involves direct interaction with residents, families, and physicians to plan care, monitor conditions, and ensure timely execution of medical treatments and discharge plans.

Key Requirements
