Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes while reporting all accidents, incidents, grievances, or complaints promptly.
  • The role requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds while maintaining a calm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
