Job Summary
Performs assigned month-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting and variance analysis.
Prepares and reviews disclosure and documentation related to periodic SEC filings of financial information, XBRL tagging documentation and documentation for subsidiary annual and monthly consolidated financial statements.
Analyzes, summarizes, and communicates with management regarding results of operations in mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions.

Key Requirements
