As a Lead Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of the verification and validation team activity on time as per Project Scheduled through proper coordination between Project and V&V team

Job Summary

  • As a Lead Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of the verification and validation team activity on time as per Project Scheduled through proper coordination between Project and V&V team.
  • Prepare and maintained Validation & Verification team’s activity plans as per the Project scheduled, design and create FST and FAT test cases against software requirements.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product care teams to develop existing and new products and tools, and support continual improvement, raising the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

Key Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in Verification Engineer
  • Good knowledge of overall 400kV substation
  • Knowledge of HVDC System Operational behaviour
  • Fluency in English language
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
  • MATCAD, PSCAD, PSS/E, MATLAB SIMULINK, EMTP-RV, Digsilent experience added advantage
  • Applicable electrical standards knowledge
