Must-have
5+ years NetSuite ERP implementation experience
3+ years leading ERP project delivery
Manufacturing and distribution operations expertise
Supply chain and inventory management knowledge
Financial systems configuration skills
Nice-to-have
Mentoring junior consultants and analysts
Pre-sales solution design and proposal development
Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow customization
Strong client relationship building capabilities
Knowledge of professional services billing models
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant or Administrator preferred
PMP, Agile, or Scrum project management certification preferred
