Job Summary

  • This important role is to assist the Money Laundering Compliance Officer and the Head of Compliance (Country Lead Compliance Officer) in providing assurance to the Board that the activities of the Apex business in Jersey are undertaken in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • The Compliance Monitoring and Testing team is responsible for the timely and effective execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan for the Jersey business.
