• Review entity-level accounting including journal entry preparation and input, data uploads, monthly close procedures and financial statement preparation.
• Manage a team and oversight of calendar of deliverables and client relationships, providing excellent internal and external customer service.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• CPA a plus
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Real estate company experience preferred
• 10+ years of relative experience
• Real estate property accounting expertise
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency
• Strong management skills

• Excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
