Job Summary
Our Site Operations Director plays a pivotal role, as they oversee the management of approximately 650,000 sq. ft. of space spread across 29 locations in EMEA and handle $30M in operating expenses.
In this role, you will be: responsible for delivering the vision for each EMEA site, ensuring alignment with our global strategy.
You will partner with employee workplace teams to shape real estate strategy, workplace design, and site services, establishing and accomplishing occupancy and space planning strategies, including scenario planning for metro-level growth.
