Job Summary
This role serves as the primary responder for individual employee emergencies across the EMEA region, including medical situations, missing persons, and workplace violence.
The Senior Manager will lead the Behavioral Threat Assessment Team training and operations while acting as the key liaison between the Security Operation Center and internal stakeholders like HR and Legal.
Candidates must be prepared to work non-standard hours, remain on call 24/7 including weekends and holidays, and travel up to 25% of the time.

ATAP CTM, ASIS CPP, or DHS TERC certification preferred
