Diageo is seeking a Manufacturing Unit Head for its Raipur facility, responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and quality delivery of TMU factories to meet production and operational goals. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Operations, and extensive experience in the liquor or FMCG industry, particularly in a leadership role

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading the planning, budgeting and delivery of all TMU factories within the acceptable quality standards with the objective of meeting the USL manufacturing goals of production, quality, EHS, cost optimization, capacity optimization.
  • Responsible for driving the planning, budgeting, delivery and USL quality standards across all the TMU factories of USL and ensuring manufacturing standards of high quality, quantity and productivity.
  • Take overall responsibility for identification of training needs for department personnel and follow-up for induction/ training delivery through corporate HR for building capability and competence.

  • 12 years experience liquor or FMCG

  • Basic understanding of company laws
