Job Summary

  • The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Compensation team responsible for the administration and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures and delivering consistent, market-based compensation programs across Brunswick Corporation.
  • This role will be focused on hourly employee compensation, including leading the initiative to develop an aligned approach to hourly compensation programs, conducting market analyses to determine competitive positioning of hourly compensation programs and guiding annual pay administration activities.
  • In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Brunswick's comprehensive and high-quality benefits offerings.
