Job Summary
The ABM will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of 12-14 representatives within the Northeast area, sales performance of the business portfolio of products, and business knowledge of the area landscape.
Responsible for supervising operations of the Area to include hiring, live coaching, virtual coaching, representative development, performance management, and the assignment of key "priority" accounts within the medical community, managing 12-14 representatives.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,000 - $280,400. In addition, this position offers an additional Sales Incentive bonus.
