The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and monitoring vital signs while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, or suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor immediately and ensuring a calm environment throughout the unit.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage room setup

Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
