Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, and assisting residents with daily living activities.
The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, observing and reporting skin breakdowns, and assisting with resident transfers and transport.

Key Requirements
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws
10th grade education minimum

Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
