The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
This role requires participating in the development of written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in facility surveys by government agencies.
Candidates must possess a current active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
